Patrick R. Morrison | Project Manager

Patrick has over 30 years’ experience in scheduling and direct supervision of industrial work including, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, fabricating, rigging, and machinery relocation. He also has immense experience in project management, electrical distribution, Cat 3 and Cat 5 communication cable installation and maintenance and plumbing installation and repairs. He joins the ICR team with an Associate’s degree in Industrial Electronics Technology, an EPA Universal Refrigeration Certification and Commercial Driver’s License Class A with Haz-Mat Endorsement.

Debbie Wagoner | Clerical Position: Data Entry, AP/AR, Contracts, Permits

My dad was career Navy and I am very proud of our Military. I loved that life. I married an Army MP Veteran, have 3 adult children (one son served in the USMC), 3 awesome grandchildren, and great daughter-in-law and son-in-law. My relationship with the Lord is pivotal in my life. Besides my family, a few of my interests include: The Philadelphia Eagles, Harleys, muscle cars, board games, the beach, and DIY home projects.

Heather Cole | Administrative Assistant

Heather has been with ICR for several years and has had the opportunity to serve in different capacities both in and out of the office. Heather is currently assisting in administration and has also recently received her NC Real Estate License to further expand her role within ICR Construction. She is a lifelong native of Henderson County and currently lives in Flat Rock with her husband (Dustin) and their three children (Cody, MaKayla, and Bryson). Outside of work, Heather is very active in her church and assists with the children’s ministry. She enjoys being outdoors and spending time with her family.
